## Location
- Labs in Canada and the United States. Origin is lot-level on the COA.
- The labs URL is /plant/canby-oregon (kept for Oregon plant search). It is not the only lab.
- The Oregon hemp statute URL is /hemp/oregon.
- There is no Portland showroom, Los Angeles warehouse, or city-stuffed SKU path.
- SKU URLs stay /store/{slug} (example: /store/cbg-isolate).

## What we do not claim
- Lots are not dietary supplements, not FDA-approved drugs, and not sold with structure/function or disease claims.
- Published literature is not a Peregrine clinical trial.
- Sleepz is a timed-release sleep formula in development. An unpublished observational cohort (California, n=36, 6 months) is described on /sleep. It is not an RCT and not FDA-evaluated. CBN isolate remains a separate wholesale SKU.
- /developments is an unnamed delivery system in development. It is built to reach areas other systems do not, and to make poorly available cannabinoids available for partner therapies. The mechanism is unpublished. Photographs of physical discomfort are context, not a claim. Not for sale.
- Meliora is a CBG-led skincare line in development. Five conceptual SKUs. Not for sale.
- /skin is cosmetic education: investigated pairings of CBG, CBGA, CBC and related cannabinoids mapped on the face. Not a treatment protocol. Not CBG Atlas.

## April 23, 2026
The DOJ Schedule III order moved certain FDA-approved marijuana drug products and qualifying state-licensed medical marijuana. It did not reschedule hemp, adult-use cannabis, or synthetic THC. FDA still regulates ingestible hemp products.
