Isolates for formulators.

Peregrine Biopharma makes cannabinoid isolates in labs in Canada and the United States. We sell them to formulators, brands, and processors who are building a product or already running one: sleep SKUs, cosmetics, extraction lines. We sell the ingredient, not a finished gummy or a clinical brand.

Peregrine is a Peregrine Precision Systems company. A distillate is a profile — several cannabinoids in whatever ratio came off the still. What we sell is a named molecule with its own CAS number, a measured assay, and a certificate for the lot in front of you. Most of the work is in the documentation.

What we make

Eleven named isolates, each specified at ≥99.9% and listed with its own CAS number: CBG, CBGa, CBN, CBC, THCV, CBDV, CBDA, CBL, CBT, CBGV, and a water-dispersible CBN powder. They ship in volumes from a 5 g research cut, for qualifying the material, up to 100 kg campaigns. We do not sell CBD isolate, though there is a CBD monograph under Learn.

Two formulas and a delivery system are in development under the names Sleepz and Meliora. They are not for sale, and we say so on every page that mentions them.

Where the work happens

Peregrine has labs in Canada and the United States, with the United States plant in Oregon. Synthesis, registration, and stability R&D sit with the NatSyn Lab at McMaster University; the chemistry team there is led by Dr. Jake, and McMaster provides the laboratory infrastructure and the IP protection for the synthesis platform.

The COA for the lot you buy states which of the two it came from. Hemp-origin lots meet the 2018 Farm Bill definition at biomass, though not everything we sell is hemp-derived — which is why origin is printed per lot rather than claimed for the company.

How a lot earns the word “Available”

Identity is confirmed by HPLC against a qualified reference standard, and when a primary standard is on allocation we run NMR or LC-MS instead and say so on the COA. Assay is reported as % w/w of the named cannabinoid. Residual solvents follow ICH Q3C; heavy-metal and pesticide screens ship with the pack on request.

A volume is marked Available only after identity and assay clear. Until then it stays Coming Soon, because we will not list a lot that does not exist yet.

What we do not do

No consumer sales. We ship to licensed manufacturers and to named research facilities, never to a home address, and there is no walk-in counter.

No cart, and no rate card. A person prepares every quote, because the price depends on the lot, the volume, the destination and the terms.

No health claims on an ingredient. We specify identity, purity, residuals, physicals and origin. We do not attach sleep, mood, cognitive or disease claims to a lot.

No stock we do not have. Coming Soon means the lot has not been made yet. We would rather say that than list it and sort the truth out after your purchase order arrives.

Common questions

Who is Peregrine Biopharma?
Peregrine Biopharma is a cannabinoid ingredient manufacturer and a Peregrine Precision Systems company. We make named cannabinoid isolates — CBG, CBGa, CBN, CBC, THCV, CBDV, CBDA, CBL, CBT, CBGV and a water-dispersible CBN — in labs in Canada and the United States, and sell them by the lot to formulators, brands and processors.
Where is Peregrine Biopharma located?
Peregrine has labs in Canada and the United States, with the United States plant in Oregon. Synthesis, registration and stability R&D sit with the NatSyn Lab at McMaster University. The origin of each lot, Canada or the United States, is printed on its COA. There is no walk-in storefront.
What does Peregrine sell?
The ingredient, not a finished product. Eleven named isolates specified at ≥99.9%, in volumes from a 5 g research cut to 100 kg campaigns, each with a certificate of analysis for that lot and an SDS on request. Sleepz and Meliora are formulas still in development and are not for sale.
Does Peregrine sell to the public?
No. We ship to licensed manufacturers and to named research facilities, never to a home address. There is no cart and no published rate card — a person prepares each quote, because price depends on the lot, the volume, the destination and the terms.
Does Peregrine make health claims about its cannabinoids?
No. We specify identity, purity, residuals, physicals and origin for each lot, and we do not attach sleep, mood, cognitive or disease claims to an ingredient. What the site states about a lot is what you could put on a purchase order.
