Shipping, and what travels with the order.
We ship to licensed manufacturers and to named research facilities. Not to a home address, and not to a mailbox service. How long a shipment takes depends on which lot fills it and where it is going, so that estimate belongs on your quote rather than on this page.
Who can receive a shipment
Bulk volumes, 100 g through 100 kg, go to the company named on the quote. The 5 g research set is the exception: it goes to a university or a registered laboratory, so we need the name of that facility on the form before we can book anything.
Where it is going
When you name a destination, you are confirming that it is legal to receive the material there. THCV and the isomer-adjacent lots get a second look before we book a carrier, because those are the ones that draw questions at a border. Lots that begin as hemp meet the 2018 Farm Bill definition at origin. Not everything we sell is hemp-derived, which is why the origin is printed on each lot’s COA rather than promised on a page like this one.
What arrives, and what comes with it
Dry isolate travels in a food-grade bulk container. The research set travels as a sealed 5 g vial. If you asked for a COA on the inquiry, the identity and assay results come with the pack; the SDS is a separate file, sent when you ask for it. We send paperwork lot by lot rather than keeping a public archive of everything we have ever run, because the only document that helps you is the one for the material actually in front of you.
Lead time and terms
Two phrases on this site mean something specific. Coming Soon means the lot has not been made yet, so there is nothing to price and nothing to ship at that volume. Contact for pricing means a person writes the quote, usually within one business day. Incoterms, the carrier, and the pickup window are all settled on that quote, since we do not publish a rate card. On an international shipment you are the importer of record unless the quote says otherwise.
Once it arrives
Keep the container closed, dry, and out of the light. Hold the acidic species, CBDA and CBGA, at 2–8 °C. Neutral isolates sit at ambient temperature unless the COA for that lot says otherwise.

Tell us the compound, the volume, and the destination, and give us a work email. We don’t publish prices because they depend on the lot.

Quote
A person replies within one business day with the available lot, lead time, and price.

PO
You confirm the volume and destination on a purchase order. There is no consumer checkout.
04
Lot + COA
The pack ships with the COA covering identity and assay if you asked for it. An SDS is available on request.
