Logistics

Shipping, destination, documents.

We ship ingredients to licensed manufacturers and named research facilities, never to a home address. Transit times depend on the lot and the destination, so they appear on your quote rather than here.

Who receives

Bulk masses (100 g–100 kg) ship to the company named on the quote. The 5 g research set ships only to a university or registered laboratory, so please name the facility on the form.

Destination

You confirm that receipt is legal in the jurisdiction you name. THCV and isomer-adjacent lots get an extra screen before we book a carrier. Lots that originate as hemp meet the 2018 Farm Bill definition at origin, though not every isolate we sell is hemp-derived. The origin of each lot is printed on its COA.

What is in the pack

Dry isolate arrives in a food-grade bulk container, or as a sealed 5 g research vial. If you ticked COA on the inquiry, the identity and assay results travel with the pack; the SDS comes as a separate file when you ask for it. We send documents per lot rather than hosting a public archive of every historical lot.

Lead time and terms

Coming Soon means the lot does not exist yet and we cannot take an order for that mass. Contact for pricing means a person prepares your quote, usually within one business day. Incoterms, carrier, and pickup window are set on the quote, since we do not publish a rate card. Unless the quote says otherwise, you are the importer of record for international receipts.

After it arrives

Keep the container closed, dry, and out of light. Acidic species (CBDA, CBGA) should be held at 2–8 °C. Neutral isolates are typically stored at ambient temperature unless the COA says otherwise.

How we sell

    Inquire

    Tell us the compound, the mass, and the destination, and give us a work email. We don’t publish prices because they depend on the lot.

    Quote

    A person replies within one business day with the available lot, lead time, and price.

  3. 03

    PO

    You confirm the mass and destination on a purchase order. There is no consumer checkout.

  4. 04

    Lot + COA

    The pack ships with the COA covering identity and assay if you asked for it. An SDS is available on request.
