Are Peregrine cannabinoids hemp-derived?
Peregrine does not describe all of its isolates as hemp-derived, because some lots are and some are not. The Farm Bill’s ≤0.3% Δ9-THC threshold is a legal test applied to hemp biomass; it does not automatically describe an isolate produced from that biomass or by another route. Origin is disclosed lot by lot on request, and THCV and certain other isolates require destination confirmation before we ship.
Origin
Ask for the lot’s origin on the inquiry. We do not put a hemp badge on every isolate, and you should not either.
Established
- Production in laboratories in Canada and the United States.
- Origin is disclosed per lot, not as a sitewide hemp badge.
Not yet
- A promise that every future campaign is hemp.
- Any assurance that state codes treat THCV like CBD.
Questions
Will my COA say hemp-derived?
It will if that lot is hemp-derived, and it won’t if it isn’t. Write your specification from the lot documents, not from a website.
