CBG oil vs CBG isolate?
CBG isolate is the molecule itself, ≥99.9% cannabigerol (CAS 25654-31-3) as a crystalline solid. CBG oil is a product format: isolate or distillate dissolved in a carrier oil at a declared concentration in mg/mL. The two are not interchangeable on a specification, because an oil is specified by concentration and carrier while an isolate is specified by CAS and purity. Peregrine sells the crystalline isolate.
