CBG gap-map: what is graded, and what is missing

The CBG gap-map is CBG Atlas's summary of which conditions have been studied and how strong the evidence is for each. As of its 2026 update it holds 21 verified studies, one human dataset (an acute anxiety and stress trial graded Low) and no condition with established human efficacy. It is a coverage map, not a list of uses, and Peregrine does not present the empty cells as benefits.

Origin

The grades come from CBG Atlas's gap-map; editorial independence sits with Atlas. This page summarises it for buyers so they see the same limits the monograph shows.

Established

  • One acute human trial (anxiety and stress, graded Low).
  • A substantial preclinical literature, which is not human efficacy.

Not yet

  • Intraocular pressure or glaucoma; the map has no primary evidence.
  • Skin as a human outcome; mechanism only.
  • Any tracked condition at Established or Demonstrated human efficacy.

Questions

Does a gap mean CBG will work later?

No. A gap means the evidence is missing, and missing evidence is not a promise of a future result.

Can I cite this as Peregrine clinical data?

No. Cite Atlas and the underlying papers. Peregrine sells the isolate and did not run any of the studies.

Evidence language follows CBG Atlas (Peregrine-funded; editorial independence). Not medical advice. Not a disease claim.

Educational, not medical advice. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease. Wholesale isolates are ingredients, not finished supplements. Education is aligned with CBG Atlas, which Peregrine funds without editorial control.
