The CBG research library
The CBG research library is the set of studies CBG Atlas has verified and graded: 21 as of its 2026 update. One is a human dataset (Cuttler 2024); the rest are biochemistry, in-vitro and animal work, and none establishes human efficacy. The papers include Taura 1996 on biosynthesis, Pertwee 2005–2008 on receptor pharmacology, Borrelli and De Petrocellis on preclinical models, and Cuttler 2024, among others. They are hosted and graded on Atlas, not by Peregrine.
| Bucket | What Atlas holds | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| Human | 1 acute crossover | A phase 3 program |
| Animal / in vitro | The majority of the 21 | Human outcomes |
| CBC, CBN in that registry | Catalogue in progress | Unpublished positive trials |
Origin
The registry is at cbgatlas.com/library. Peregrine funds Atlas and does not edit its grades; cite Atlas and the papers, not our store.
Established
- Count: 21 verified for CBG.
- Human: 1 (acute).
- Efficacy at Established/Demonstrated: 0.
Not yet
- A Peregrine-authored RCT.
- Compound-specific CBC or CBN studies within that 21.
Questions
Are all 21 studies positive?
No. The library includes preclinical anxiety work with conflicting results. A registry records what was found, including the negative and mixed findings.
