CBN vs CBD: what’s the difference?
CBD is decarboxylated CBDA, a synthase product the plant makes from CBGA. CBN is aromatised, oxidised THC, formed by storage rather than by an enzyme. They do not sit on the same arrow of the plant map, and their CAS numbers differ: 13956-29-1 for CBD and 521-35-7 for CBN. Neither converts into the other.
