THCV (tetrahydrocannabivarin) is the propyl homolog of THC: the same tetrahydrocannabinol skeleton with a three-carbon side chain instead of five. It is not made by shortening THC. The plant runs a parallel line from CBGVA → THCVA → THCV, and in laboratory work its behaviour at CB1 differs from Δ9-THC's.

How we sell
01
Tell us the compound, the mass, and the destination, and give us a work email. We don’t publish prices because they depend on the lot.
02
A person replies within one business day with the available lot, lead time, and price.
03
You confirm the mass and destination on a purchase order. There is no consumer checkout.
04
The pack ships with the COA covering identity and assay if you asked for it. An SDS is available on request.

THCV is a propyl analog. Buyers must confirm destination-state legality and any THC isomer limits before shipment. Peregrine does not ship to restricted jurisdictions.

Buying guide
Bulk THCV isolate is tetrahydrocannabivarin (CAS 31262-37-0, C19H26O2), the propyl analogue of Δ9-THC, at ≥99.9%. Peregrine supplies it to qualified B2B buyers on a campaign basis; most volume tiers show Coming Soon until the current lot is released, and every inquiry is screened for destination-jurisdiction legality and THC-isomer limits before a ship date is discussed. A per-lot COA and SDS on request ship with the material. Quotes return in one business day.
Varin cannabinoids are low-abundance in most hemp chemovars, so THCV is produced in campaigns tied to suitable biomass rather than held as a standing drum. Peregrine lists a tier as Available only after identity and assay clear; until then it stays Coming Soon.
THCV is a THC isomer. Its status varies by state and country, and some jurisdictions regulate total THC or specific isomers. Peregrine requires the destination jurisdiction on every inquiry and does not ship to restricted destinations. This is a legal screen, not a formulation service, and the buyer remains responsible for confirming local rules.
Identity and assay for the named cannabinoid, at minimum. Identity is HPLC against a qualified reference standard; when a primary standard is on allocation, Peregrine discloses NMR or LC-MS identity on the COA rather than implying HPLC. Assay is reported as percent w/w of THCV, and a lot is listed as Available only after both clear.
Residual-solvent (ICH Q3C classes as applicable to the process), heavy-metal and pesticide panels ship with the lot pack when you request them on the inquiry. Appearance, water activity, storage condition and origin are lot-specific and printed on the COA, not on this page. Expect the Δ9-THC line to be read closely by your compliance team; it is lot-level.
Ambient, dry and dark unless the COA says otherwise, in the closed food-grade container. THCV is lipid- and ethanol-soluble and practically insoluble in water.
Pick a mass on this page, add the destination jurisdiction, and send the inquiry. A person answers with a quote in one business day. For THCV isolate, 5 g is quoted today; every larger mass stays Coming Soon until a campaign is scheduled and the lot clears release. Destination review happens before any ship date is discussed.
Every mass tier shows one of three states: Available (identity and assay have cleared), Contact for pricing (a human quotes the campaign), or Coming Soon (we cannot take the order until the lot exists). Incoterms, carrier and pickup window are on the quote. For multi-product requests use the procurement form on /quote.

It depends on the destination. THCV is a THC isomer and is regulated differently by jurisdiction. Peregrine screens every inquiry and does not ship to restricted destinations.
Production is campaign-based on low-abundance varin biomass. Tiers open only after the lot clears identity and assay.
No. THCV is the propyl (three-carbon side chain) analogue of Δ9-THC, with formula C19H26O2. Read the THCV vs THC page for the chemistry.
≥99.9% tetrahydrocannabivarin on the lot COA.
Yes — the 5 g research cut is quoted after destination review and ships with a lot COA.
No. It comes from a different acid on a parallel pathway and has a shorter side chain. The plant never makes it from THC.
That depends on the destination. You confirm state legality and isomer limits before we ship, and Peregrine does not ship to restricted jurisdictions.
